KEO Offices, Rolex Tower
The Rolex Tower is one of the prestigious destination at Dubai downtown. The expectations were high and final outcome is remarkable. New offices are taking the whole floor at 32nd level. When started the design it was paid attention to all aspects of the space and given constrains.
It was decided Offices not to have typical acoustic tiles ceiling. Designer found the courage to modify main sprinkler pipe and the effect on the office interiors is grateful - with higher ceilings. Utilize the latest trends in acoustics, panels from ATF Germany, added to the extraordinary look. Innovation is everywhere: flooring – carpet tiles from Japan with incredible vivid coloration, setting clever floor pattern.
Innovative solutions are applied to all office interiors - Conference Room flexibility with retracting partition, which is dividing, in case of need, the large Conference room on two smaller ones, but not compromising on acoustic or audio video capabilities.
Lighting - all lights are LED dimmable. Economically set up but providing necessary standards of 500 lumens.
Furniture – all furniture selected is from Steelcase, USA, providing highest ergonomics with durable materials and new aesthetics. All fitting perfectly office interiors.
Finally, this midsize office project is fitting more people than identical offices on other floors, but more spacious and flexible. With fresh colors and finishes it is created a unique office space, pleasant to stay and enjoy the work.
